Had a great experience there today which could have been disastrous as there was just one girl working on her own due to unforseen circumstances. She had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute which luckily suited me and was kind enough to discount my treatment as an apology. Absolutely lovely girl and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows will definitely go back. Also really lovely atmosphere inside the salon.

Waited 20 minutes after my appointment time without been seen to. Needed to leave at this point. Very disappointing.FURTHER TO YOUR RESPONSE...I can confirm that i entered your salon at 2.40 having been dropped off outside 5 minutes before my appointment time of 2.45. I was asked to take a seat 'for a moment' at which the lady who had been on reception disappeared to the back. I heard nothing further until I rang the bell to ask if there was a problem at 3.05. I was told it would likely be another 5 minutes. And yes, at that point I said i would leave as I was due to be picked up 25 minutes later - not time for a cut and blow dry. Should someone have come forward and spoken in that time to explain, this would have been more acceptable.. I think you will agree this was longer than a moment.

Fantastic little salon. Very friendly staff, who made me feel at ease. I went for a spray tan for a wedding i had in July and the staff were lovely and made me feel at east straight away. So many treatments etc on offer and a good price. Knowledgeable team who can help answer any queries. Highly recommend. I will be back again.
