I went to Specsavers in Felixstowe because my friend had given me a voucher. My glasses desperately needed replacing as one of the arms holding the lens was hanging on just by one metal post.I was served by Alan who took one look at my old glasses and said "they won't last a week like that". He took them away and went upstairs and found a new arm to attach to them. He fixed my broken glasses & then helped me choose a new frame for my new prescription. I now have my new glasses at the amazing value price of 264, where everywhere else it would have been over 600! Fantastic service from Alan going the extra distance to fix my old glasses for free so that I had a pair of glasses to wear whilst I waited for the new ones to be made.
Ive dealt with other branches of specsavers in East Anglia and got a pretty average service, however I popped in to the Felixstowe branch on a busy Saturday morning and was given fantastic customer service by John. John was very approachable, friendly, professional and Very knowledgeable. I Would highly recommend this branch.

The whole process works like a well oiled machine.My son went in for prescription sunglasses and I had my first eye test, lucky to get to 55 before needing their services.My son changed his mind on a frame style within 24 hours of ordering and they accommodated his request and still delivered to schedule, all in less than a week.My eye test proved an enjoyable experience as every process was explained in detail and my questions were answered efficiently. I collect my reading glasses this weekend :-)
