Always good food and friendly service
Order was 45 minutes late (it took a total of an hour and 50 minutes), and missing items. When I called to ask this to be rectified, I was shouted and sworn at. Eventually they agreed to send the missing items, which took a further 50 minutes (now totalling to two hours and forty minutes). Some how they couldnt find our address for the second time, so they called and essentially told me that I dont know where my own home is. The food was cold and very very greasy. Terrible service, very mediocre food. Will not be returning.
Always good and quick only issue they don't take card
Ordered 2 pizzas and chips and they were all disgusting and inedible!! Pizzas were over cooked and chicken on pizza was hard!!!! Chips had been reheated!!!! Phoned to complain and man was really rude. Wouldn't replace the food so had to order from somewhere else. Oh and was over charged too!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
Stay clear of this takeaway!! It's the worst place in Suffolk, they got my order wrong, then lied to just eat and refused to give me a replacement or my money back even though I hadn't eaten any of the food, they literally may of well robbed me. I cannot not stress enough to stay clear of here! Dishonest thieves with appalling attitudes!!!
