AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!!! Told Council about rent areas, where wasn't NO RENT AREAS AT ALL. With that mistake made a lot of issues!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Booked a house viewing for today, agent didn't show up and agency refused to give me a reason why.

Absolutely despicable service. The agent didn't turn up because the office booked house viewing for the wrong property. After I tried calling them I was yelled at for demanding they fix it. Women on the phone was rude, incompetent, shouty and kept interrupting me. After which she refused to help me. Asked colleagues, friends and family who all advised to stay clear of this agency.
