If you like friendly staff look nowhere else.If you are collecting freight then get ready to wait.Not only will you wait in a queue outside but you will then wait inside as your load is prepared as all the waiting outside wasn't enough time.This is what PoA was made for! Watch your booking times with other shippers slip away into yesterday as Denholm never lets you get away.Pros: can knick a break in the queue.Cons: it is Friday afternoon but I am a truck driver now so this is my life... waiting. I had friends and a social life once, I promise!
