The staff was very helpful. Specially the manager, i forget his name otherwise i could have mentioned it. Polite a and soft spoken young man with great customer service.
Unfriendly staff. I was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock when it clearly wasn't. A gentleman was peremptorily ordered to leave the store because he had brought a dog in with him. Jackie was particularly ungrateful. I thought I would support the local High Street, but it's back to Amazon for me!

Hot summer cold service! Purchased a desktop fan got it home assembled it plugged it in and it was clicking and grinding. Really noisy and no way suitable for the bedroom. Tried to purchase a more sturdy chrome one and get a refund on this faulty fan. Only to be told you have used it so, no refund..... DISGUSTING attitude . If this is the future of online shopping Argos will be the next chain to fall! Amazon from now on for me and I will never return to this shop. Obviously I did not purchase the new one either, cost --->> A twenty year customer lost... good bye :-( BE AWARE PEOPLE....
