On Tuesday May 15 i went into Russell Smiths Felixstowe for some shoes. I sat down to try some on, was politely told not to sit there as it was unsafe. fair enough. Then i was berated continually for not sitting on the correct chair even though when entering the store i am quite certain one of the assistants was perched on it , they denied this.Surely a seat in the shoe department is there to sit on, if not perhaps a sign saying "Do not sit here.Unsafe". I felt like a naughty child, i was with my mother and sister who thought they were very rude. I bought the shoes! Mrs Ashley Roberts.
Nice clothes, expensive but reasonable sale reductions. Staff are rude and arrogant, unapproachable. They were just chatting to each other, avoiding g eyes contact and overheard them making disparaging remarks about customers. Will not go back
Excellent service, great staff and good range of quality brand items for a local store. Todays Xmas gift purchase (a Kipling bag) came with a specially wrapped gift box, tissue paper, gift bow - all free of charge! (see photo) - a very personal 1:1 service not available online or in major high street chains!
Rude Rude Rude. The staff grin like Cheshire cats whilst being bitchy. I have never been subjected to such appalling service.will not be returning!
Poor customer service. Brought from the underwear department and was not able to get a refund when needed. For an independent store in a small town like Felixstowe, I would expect the staff to do as much as possible for their customers. This is not the case and was very disappointed. Will not be returning.
