Anne passes on her knowledge and experience of the philosophy and practice of traditional yoga with compassion and humour. Her classes are a joy. I probably shouldn't say this but who is Jon Gregory? He appears to live near Southend and mainly posts reviews of fast-food outlets and pubs. Has anyone seen him at one of Anne's classes?
I have been going to Anne for many years and she is a great, patient teacher. She takes the time to explain, and if necessary to correct, each movement and posture. She is a very caring person, who takes the time to get to know her pupils as individuals. I have been to other classes that have felt like being on a production line, but its not like this with Anne. If you can, get to one of her classes. Linda Greening
Anne is an amazing teacher, kind and encouraging. She incorporates the background philosophy of yoga as you learn the postures. Her particular style of instruction means you take your learning with you outside the class too. I can now manage everyday stresses and strains much better - thank you Anne!
Anne's yoga classes are excellent. She creates a really friendly and supportive atmosphere, and gives clear and thorough explanations of the postures with plenty of suggestions for varying these to suit individual needs and abilities. Highly recommended!
Anne is a wonderful, friendly and encouraging yoga teacher. She is capable of explaining the hardest things and making them seem so very simple and easy to do. He sessions are enormously fun while still working you hard, and take account of everyone's level. I absolutely cannot rate Anne or her lessons highly enough.
