Nice spot to watch the world go by. Well kept flower bed's. Only downside is that some people fail to see the litter bins. This includes smokers who prefer to litter the benches, pavement or the flower bed's. Also, invariably you will also get a small selection of car driver's who like to let everyone else appreciate the individuals bad taste in music. These individuals are also hard of hearing!
