Very good meal upstairs with friends. Liver somewhat over-cooked but otherwise all excellent. Good service and convivial vibe. Thanks. Love the lighting in toilets! :-)
After all these years, still a great place to meet with friends and family. Lovely views over the sea, and good outside seating with heaters for the cold. Drinks prices a bit high for me, but great choice and always served fresh as is the excellent food and snacks. Staff are very welcoming and friendly too. Its just nice a nice place..
Fun, busy, lively, good food and drinks. We were visiting Felixstowe and made a point of using The Alex, it was an old haunt of the wife's. She says it's still as good as before, I think it was a great place for lunch. So glad we went there. The menu is not too long, which always bodes well for good fresh food. My BLT was really good quality, fresh bread and good ingredients. They take care over the food. My point of Adnams was also good, they know how to pull a good point as well. Good cross section of families, couples and all ages. The place was pretty busy the whole time. 5 stars.
First visit here with friends last week & totally love it! Menu was good, nicely presented & hot & freshly cooked with lots of different vegetables. Great ice cream! The staff were also pleasant & very helpful......also looked very smart. Good disabled facilities with lift & funky toilets too.....yes we will go back again & soon.
