I have only been attending for 6 months but can definitely feel the benefits . Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful . I always leave feeling relaxed but also invigorate do. No one is pushed beyond their limits and I would highly recommend regular sessions.
Absolutly brilliant, Richard always makes everyone feel extreemly welcome and manages to tailor the class to everyones ability and is always very helpful and calming. Feel totally relaxed and refreshed after leaving. 10/10 Recomend to everyone.
