The food from this restaurant is actually rather good. However the service we received was nowhere near good enough. We arrived at 13:30 and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated - I didnt have a problem with this as the restaurant looked reasonably busy. However, it took an hour from being seated to the food actually arriving. When I explained I was unhappy about this, the manager offered a half-hearted apology and told me to go somewhere else next time as it wasn't his fault. I would recommend they employ a few more staff and treat their customers with a little less contempt in future.
My partner and I have regularly taken fish and chips from here onto the seafront, as well as introducing everybody we can to the place. The food is never anything less than fantastic and fresh, and having eaten inside for the first time on Boxing Day we can confirm that the experience is just as pleasant indoors. The staff are very accommodating and always ready with a smile.We look forward to many more visits over many more years to come!
I love coming hete. The staff is always lovely and the portions are amazing. I always get the cod fish burger.The environment is friendly, you can hear everyone chit chatting. My partner and I come here almost everyone we spend the day in Felixstowe . I always recommend it to everyone. The restaurant in general looks very clean. Love it.
Lovely place. Clean spacious. Great food..Homemade specials...and the Best largest chicken nuggets ever. Portion sizes great. Staff lovely. 10/10.
We decided to go to this restaurant under recommendation. There was plenty of parking on the street the time we went. My family of 6 arrived around 6pm on Friday. The place is bigger than I thought it would be. Staff were just amazing and you could tell worked hard to greet everyone, show customers to seats and service of food. The staff are a credit to the establishment. Food, once ordered, came fairly quickly and was well presented and ever so delicious. The inside is well laid out with booths and tables which was spaciously arranged. Very clean and presentable (including the toilets). I would definitely go here again and recommend it for others.
